Georgie teaches yoga at 'The Man' twice per week. Certified and registered with Yoga Alliance, Georgina truly believes in the benefits a sustained practice can bring; the ability to face the physical, mental and emotional challenges of life with strength, vitality, mobility and equanimity.
Georgina also works as a ski coach for Perisher during the winter with the Winter Sports Club program. She firmly believes that Yoga is a great way to condition your body for skiing and snowboarding. The biggest benefit Yoga can bring to snow sports is injury prevention.
